After you are selected as a franchisee and complete your initial training, you're only 10 simple steps away from opening the doors of your very own Amazing Spaces franchise!
- Within three months of completing the Site Criteria training, you will be required to submit all potential sites for your location. We will assist you in finding your ideal site.
- Once Amazing Spaces Franchise, LLC approves your site, you will begin initial site drawings with the help of an approved architectural firm, based on Amazing Spaces layout options.
- You will submit the site drawings to your city government for approval.
- Once drawings are approved, you will send the project to bid. Amazing Spaces Franchise, LLC will assist in the final bid process.
- You will close on the property and display an approved “Another Amazing Spaces Storage Center Coming Soon” sign.
- You will attend a three-week training session at the Amazing Spaces Franchising, LLC corporate office, and on-site at an Amazing Spaces store, before the pre-leasing phase of your store's opening.
- Amazing Spaces Franchising, LLC will monitor the development of the site during construction and will assist with any issues.
- Thirty to sixty days before opening, you will conduct pre-leasing activities to help with your grand opening process.
- Amazing Spaces Franchising, LLC will help set up your store for your Grand Opening and provide support for five days during your initial opening.
- Congratulations! You have opened your very own Amazing Spaces franchise!
